Sonja in Sales and Karina in field operations were fabulous every step of the way. Landscaping company was non-responsive throughout the process and product quality was lacking. Quantum for the high voltage and audio visual was very good from a sales perspective.

They made the process of building my home seamless. I was fully informed at the onset and was set up with an app to stay in constant communication with the Field Manager, who responded quickly to all concerns.

We love our new home, it looks beautiful, we moved into the house sight unseen, we didn't pick out the finishes, and we're pleasantly surprised at how nice everything is. However, there are things that should have been fixed prior to us moving in that were overlooked, like scratched cabinet door fronts, missing cabinet door pulls, cracked tile, and paint splatters, just to name a few. I'm sure these things will be corrected but it's disappointing to buy a brand new home and have issues that should have been noticed by the builder. Parts of the trim looked like they painted over existing dirt and debris from the construction without wiping it off first. The corners of the trim had rough edges, and were not completely painted.
