Kyle is an elementary school student who commonly has extraordinary experiences not typical of conventional small-town life in his fictional hometown of South Park, Colorado. Kyle is distinctive as one of the few Jewish children on the show, and because of this, he often feels like an outsider amongst the core group of characters. His portrayal in this role is often dealt with satirically, and has elicited both praise and criticism from Jewish viewers. Kyle Broflovski[a] is a fictional character in the adult animated sitcom South Park. Kyle is one of the series' four central characters, along with his friends Stan Marsh, Kenny McCormick, and Eric Cartman.
"Keep Truckin'" Shirt Kyle
Following Cartman's incessant complaining and threatening when it appears that they would not in fact make it home in time, Kyle throws one jab at Cartman's face, who quickly breaks down and cries for his mother. Also in "Imaginationland Episode III" Cartman imagines a picture of how Kyle sucks Cartman's balls for real. When Kyle first learned that Ike was adopted, he initially considered Ike not to be his "real" brother, becoming detached from and even resentful towards him. His feelings for Ike returned however after Ike showed him pictures of the times they had spent together, and later fled to Kyle's room for protection when in distress over an imminent circumcision, at which point Kyle fiercely defended him.
Appearance
Their relationship has been strong ever since, though has been strained at times. The greatest rift between them was in "Miss Teacher Bangs a Boy," where Kyle reveals the illicit relationship between Ike and his kindergarten teacher. Ike did not understand that Kyle was simply trying to protect him, and told Kyle "You're dead to me." Eventually Ike comes to realize the folly of his relationship with his teacher, and appreciates how much Kyle had cared about him. Ike then starts to see dead ghost like Micheal Jackson in "I See Dead Celebrities."

He ultimately catches it after prolonged exposure to the Stan and Cartman (who are sick), and contracts a more severe case than any of the other children. The boys run a school news channel named "Sexy Action School News" which rivals Craig's show, "Animals Close-Up With a Wide-Angle Lens" for ratings. In an attempt to get more viewers, the boys decide to up the production quality, their outfits parodying those of real anchormans. Kyle wears an orange blazer with a badge that says "SSN," a white dress shirt, and a green tie.

Bebe wrote in a note that she "could sleep for days on his perked cheeks" and "wanted to wear his ass as a hat" (which Mr. Garrison made Stan, who he thought was trying to pass it, read aloud to the class). In the episode, Wendy helps Bebe try to pursue a relationship with Kyle, who is oblivious to her attempts. It eventually becomes clear that Kyle doesn't share her feelings, when Kyle, Stan, Wendy and Bebe play Truth or Dare in Stan's clubhouse. Wendy dares Kyle to kiss Bebe "on the lips." Kyle expresses fear and shock after kissing Bebe, and flees from the clubhouse screaming in terror. Bebe ultimately decided that she couldn't take the "codependency" of a relationship, and purported to "break up" with an uncaring Kyle (in a manner of speaking).

He regularly catches up with them outside of school though, usually to see what crazy new thing has come to town, or to simply watch the newest Terrance & Phillip episode. He recently befriended a busboy that moved to town, and they've grown considerably close in quite a short amount of time. He also had a very strong friendship with his late, great school cafeteria chef. Even with Cartman's consistent hostility and genuinely antisocial behavior, Kyle is sometimes deceived by Cartman's feigned good intentions.
Relationships
Stone and Parker even signed a deal with Comedy Central parent comedy ViacomCBS Inc. that, according to Bloomberg, will pay them over $900 million to continue to create the show. The iconic characters have gone on to be featured as toys, video game characters, and other collectibles. One such character, Kyle, has a deep connection to one of the show's creators and a film he made before "South Park."
He serves as legal counsel for the Town Council, though the exact nature of his regular practice is unclear. He is involved in litigation at various points, one time briefly becoming quite wealthy from his involvement in a spate of sexual harassment lawsuits against the town. In "The List", Kyle was voted the ugliest boy in class out of sixteen students including Cartman. This shakes Kyle's confidence; he stoops down to the level of the ugly misfit kids at school, who constantly talk about burning the place down. Eventually it was revealed that the list was the result of a corrupt compromise, technically relieving Kyle of his status as ugliest kid.
It's a Jersey Thing
He reads what seems to be every book on psychology, reality, and science ever written. In the end of the episode, Kyle seems to fade from existence before going into a God-like state for a while; distorting reality and making a giant squirrel-chicken hybrid appear. Subsequently, towards the end of "Cartman's Incredible Gift" Kyle screams at Cartman and the other "psychic" detectives, causing the lights to go out and the shelves behind his hospital bed to shake and their contents to fall. However, at very rare times, like most of the children, he is also portrayed as being ignorant. Meanwhile, Mr. Garrison is suspended for his incompetence as a third grade teacher and for being arrested for attempted child molestation in the previous episode.
Rebecca lacked knowledge on love and was quite inept socially due to her sheltered upbringing, however, a determined Kyle explained to her the importance of love. They then kissed after he explained love is displayed by a kiss, and almost immediately, Rebecca's confidence grew. The two agreed to go to the School Dance together, but Rebecca ended up making out with other boys at the due, much to Kyle's shock. She has not appeared, or been mentioned, since, so it is a major possibility that Kyle had got over her. In "Skank Hunt", Kyle was convinced that Cartman was the online troll Skankhunt42 due to his bigoted and intolerant behavior in the past.
Kyle has stated that Judaism has taught him honesty, one of his deepest values, and one he frequently puts to practice, never hesitating to reveal and defend the truth, whatever it might be... Nontheless, even when he might get in trouble, whether it's over toliet paper-ing someone's house or smoking behind the school, he's always willing to own up to his own actions and is the first of the boys to insist on the truth. The show, which was initially a low-budget series, went on to become very expensive to make.
Every December, Kyle eats as much fiber as he can around Christmas Eve so that he can produce one of the holidays' most beloved characters, Mr. Hankey, made from Kyle's own fecal matter. The two have remained close and Kyle considers Mr. Hankey to his 'other' best friend, mourning his death at the South Park Film Festival, working together to prophet Muhammad, and coming to Kyle's rescue during the notorious zip-lining incident. There's no stronger bond between a child and his crap than Kyle and Mr. Hankey's. One of the most important aspects of Kyle's character is his Jewish upbringing, something that has influenced him in a number of ways - and something that Eric Cartman will never, ever, let him forget, or live down, for a second.
